The mission of WSPRA, Wisconsin’s leader in school-community relations, is to expand the capacity of its members to provide effective communication management for the purpose of strengthening educational opportunities for all students.
WSPRA is once again pleased to offer another dynamic conference, full of tips and strategies to improve your district’s communication game. A team of enthusiastic and engaging speakers will provide you with two unforgettable days of chalk-talk, designed to inspire and motivate.
This year, you’ll have the opportunity to learn specific strategies to communicate effectively with families in poverty, choose to participate in a social media session that fits your skill level, get up-close and personal with your colleagues during roundtable sessions of your choosing, and learn more about taking the pulse of your community through the art of active listening and asking the right questions.
Rounding out our conference will be real-life examples of game plays that work, in a format that you can try back home. Of course, we hope that you’ll take advantage of the chance to network throughout the conference and especially during our Thursday night End Zone Celebration at Lambeau Field’s famed Club 1919, and draw strength from each other as the value of WSPRA truly lies in the dedicated professionals that make up our membership. We look forward to seeing you there!
