Brian Hanes is currently the superintendent with the School District of Oostburg. He has a Ph.D. from UW Madison in Educational Administration.

Brian feels that with the current challenges and opportunities school districts are all facing, it is necessary to do a better job with school public relations. He thinks educators are very humble people and need to learn how to better "toot their horn" and to positively respond to the challenges that will be in front of them.
