Julie Grotophorst is the human resources and community relations coordinator for the Greendale School District. Julie coordinates the media relations for the district and creates the district’s newsletters and annual report. In her Human Resources role, Julie manages employee and labor relations, recruitment and selection of new employees, and contract negotiations.

Julie has been with the Greendale School District for the past year, and prior to that worked as a Human Resources Manager at UW-Whitewater and Raytheon. Julie has a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
