WSPRA encourages all school districts to weave a public relations function into all activities. To be most effective, this PR function is best carried out by one individual who can provide a coordinated PR perspective to the district's response. WSPRA desires to provide a valuable service to districts that have employment opportunities in the area of school public relations.
