In response to the needs of districts across Wisconsin, WSPRA offered a one-day workshop entitled Plan for Tomorrow, Communicate Today-Creating Referendum Success. WSPRA drew together referenda experts on a variety of topics to share their knowledge and skills about winning at the polls. The workshop was held Friday, February 27, 2009, at the Bridgewood Hotel and Resort in Neenah.
