Holtshopple Scholarship
Holtshopple Scholarship Award
To honor the memory of WSPRA Past President and Board member Allan Holtshopple, WSPRA offers a complimentary registration to the following year's Fall Conference through the Holtshopple Scholarship. WSPRA members are welcome to apply on their own behalf or to nominate a colleague.
Criteria for the scholarship are that the applicant must be a new WSPRA member within the last two years and is an individual who demonstrates community involvement. Applicants are also asked to describe their communications role (may include public relations projects you have initiated or led during the past two years), successes and the impact on the school community. The board of directors reviews all applicants and selects the one best meeting the criteria. The scholarship is presented to the recipient at the annual Fall Conference Spectrum Awards Luncheon.
Scholarship applications are due October 9, 2026.
Application portal opening soon.
