Self-Care for Health, Happiness, and Resilience
Did you know self-care promotes positive health outcomes, such as fostering resilience, living longer, and becoming better equipped to manage stress? During this soothing practice, you will be guided through a visual journey of the six dimensions of self-care and be provided with tools on how to create S.M.A.R.T goals to realistically embed self-care into your daily routine. You will leave the session feeling refreshed and inspired.  Presented by Karyn Richmond, Wellness Coordinator, Sun Prairie Area School District
There will also be time to share your self-care tips with each other.
